U-Haul neglected to tell me that my insurance does not cover getting towed and I needed to pay for it. I was just down the road, and Ray took 15 minutes to get there and possibly another, 15 if that, to pull me out. He was really nice, didn't get offended at my "colorful language" and he knew what he was doing. It was a 26' truck and I have never heard of a better price. Thank you Ray, from everyone at O'Hartigan's!
