Brian was fantastic! He answered all questions we had and then some. When a truck that he was trying to sell us was being sold to another customer, he pulled out many deals on another truck to save us the most money that we could so that we would not miss out on any deals. This was the first lease that we have done. Its safe to say that we will continue leasing from Northpoint.
The whole team was extremely helpful and accommodating but none as much as Sophie Logan!! She worked tirelessly to find the exact vehicle we wanted!! She was there to answer all of our MANY questions and concerns. We honestly couldn't have gotten thru this time without her assistance. If it were up to me she'd get a nice raise or at the very least a huge bonus!! She was the best car salesperson we've ever dealt with and I can't say enough good things about her.
From Massachusetts. Water pump failed on Interstate 91. Was towed by AAA to Northpoint. Extremely helpful - handed my wife an iPhone charger in the lounge, only waited 15 minutes for a summary of repairs, and was given a brand new Cherokee as a free loaner until repairs completed. Just an incredible experience. All I can say is WOW!
